Some years ago while I was still living in Oslo I had the idea of making an outdoors shower.
I though it would be so cool to shower in the garden. Wearing bathing trunks off course, didn't want to scare the birds.
The setup was easy, a large shower head fastened to a long hose.
I then fastened the shower head on a big tree branch.
It worked like a dream.
I didn't use it as much as I though I would.
Just a little to much work in the mornings to go outside.  read more »

Sunday is 4th of july here in the US.
I think its a good day t make a beautiful flower wreath for someone you love.
They are quite easy to make as well.
What you need is a wire ring, you can make one of a wire hanger.
Take your flowers and make small bunches.
Start with fasten one bunch to the ring using wire string.
Place the next bunch a little away from the first, so they overlap each other and fasten with the wire.
Work all around.
Wear with pride.  read more »

From my windows here in my apartment in Brooklyn I look down on my neighbors and their beautiful gardens.
I used to have a great garden back in the days.
I made this outdoor kitchen station there one summer.
Just a cheep table from IKEA, that I coated with come water proof clear paint.
The curtain was mage from tea towels also from ikea that I hung up with a simple curtain wire.
Its such a great idea, you can use it for simple cooking or for a drink station when you have your parties.  read more »

This is a really cute way to make a little hot house for your seedlings.
Cut the end of plastic bottles and place it over the seedling, just like a little hot house.
Remember to remove the cap, otherwise the plant cant breath.
Have a fab weekend all.
